GABOWABO PARTY RENTALS- TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2026

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the tent and /or accessory items for a specific date. The deposit to hold tent(s) and/or accessory items is non-refundable.

  • There is a 50% deposit for all decor jobs, including but not limited to: Balloons, Backdrops, Centerpieces, Tent Liner, Fabric Draping, Flowers, etc.

  • The minimum order for delivery is $250, not including sales tax

  • For Decor Rentals and Pick Up Orders, a Major Credit Will be held for incidentals, lost items, etc.

  • If reserving JUST a Tent for inclement weather, there is a non-refundable 50% deposit. This does not include the cost of any additional items or equipment. This is to hold a tent for your event date, making it unrentable to other customers.

  • In the event your party is postponed due to a family emergency, your deposit can be available to use for a party you re-book within the calendar year.

  • In-store pick-up times will be between 10 AM and 5 PM.

  • No substitutions are allowed for any items in the tent packages.

  • If a tent is reserved and canceled less than two weeks before the event date, 50% of the tent price will be charged.

  • Gabowabo Party Rentals will not route around landscapers. We ensure timely delivery and provide a delivery schedule with advance notice.  

  • Once reserved items are delivered, the customer is responsible for full payment, and Gabowabo can not cancel the order.

  • If the tent is being placed on a patio, deck, or other delicate surface, please inform Gabowabo at least 5 days before the event. 

  • Table & Chair Rentals: When dropped off, they will be stacked. The customer is responsible for setting up the tables and chairs.

  • A Delivery fee may be applied based on the location of the event.

  • The delivery date and time will be determined by Gabowabo and cannot be altered unless previously agreed upon during the reservation process.

  • The Delivery of items can be up to two (2) days before the event and as late as the day of the event due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

  • No Barbecues or fires under the tent.

  • No wires or other articles are to be hung on the tent.

  • All furniture not rented from Gabowabo Party Rentals must be removed from under the tent before the removal. Gabowabo does not move furniture that is not ours.

  • All decorations used on rental equipment must be removed from the tent before pickup.

  • For Indoor Events: Additional fees may be applied due to stairs, elevators, etc.

  • Any damage to rental equipment/items caused by the customer (or guests) is the responsibility of the customer, and any repair costs will be paid by the customer.

  • Gabowabo Party Rentals is not responsible or liable for any injuries or property damage arising out of misuse or abuse of equipment or carelessness on the part of customers or guests. The customer assumes all responsibility for their guests.

  • Gabowabo Party Rentals is not responsible or liable in the event that underground sprinklers, gas, electrical lines, or any other items that may be underground are damaged during installation. PLEASE NOTIFY THE INSTALLER OF SUCH LINES.

  • The customer is responsible for any damage to tables and chairs.

  •  Staples ARE NOT permitted. Please use tablecloth clips or contact us before your event date to add to your order (at an additional fee).  

  • The Customer must have the area free of animal feces, furniture, or any items that will delay set up.  If Gabowabo Party Rentals has to move any items for the tent to be installed, there will be an additional fee.

  • Sprinklers must be off from the time of delivery to the pickup. 

  • The pickup time is as early as 7:00 am the day after your reservation date.  All equipment must be accessible to our staff by that time (for example: not locked behind a gate, inside the home, inside the garage/shed, etc.). If we can’t access the items and have to return, there is a $50 fee. 

  • If paying your invoice by Credit Card, there is a 4% Processing fee. Our website www.gabowabopartyrentals.com provides our Cash and Credit Card pricing.
